The boarding is an absolute haven for any animal. The spacious cat suites are cosy and the facility has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. There is ample open space and lots of toys for them to play. On top of this, the staff are lovely people who have had a wide range of experiences in handling animals, so I know that my cats are in good hands.

I was really happy with the boarding service I used for my toucans while I was away from Bangalore for a month. The team, especially Akshata and Rajesh, were great to work with and clearly knew how to care for exotic birds.

When I picked up my birds, they seemed happy and healthy, which was a big relief. I didn't notice any significant changes in their behavior or weight, which is always a concern when leaving pets in someone else's care.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend this boarding facility to others with exotic pets.

As I am about to book a second stay for my cat I am writing this review. Being very new to Bangalore one thing I was sceptic about was where to board my cat if I am travelling somewhere. I came across VR Animal 360 through some pet groups and I was so comfortable with Rajesh’s approach. He is kind and diligent in answering your questions even in odd hours. I must have messaged him many times in busy hours just to check on my baby and he has always sent me happy updates! For a first timer who has never kept their baby on any boarding that was a big relief and all you wanted to know is your baby depressed or not. Rajesh and his team also tried a lot to gel with my cat and make him comfortable. I was also relaxed with my cat being there as Rajesh being so knowledgeable about animals he would be also able to handle any emergency. It’s always sad to leave your babies for a boarding or so but when you absolutely have to, VR Animal 360 can be your friend in need.

We left our 1.5 year old cat - leo with VR Animal 360 . As we were traveling for 5 days, we are really happy with the service and the staffs behavior and temperament with our furry children. They have treated the cat and looked after very well. The space is very clean and professional behavior. Quick response and updates. They kept Leo engaged and well fed. Overall excellent experience.
